The EC compressor is a sealed unit, sized proportionally to the required cooling capacity and with an electrical supply. The MEA, and components intimate with the MEA, are produced in large quantities by established (industrial scale) suppliers. All other components can be mass produced utilizing conventional manufacturing technologies.

 

Current housings are made of machined aluminum, but can clearly be die cast or molded with thermal conductive materials depending on specific application requirements and volumes.
